Affiliate Program Policy

The Rejex Collects Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows approved creators to earn commission by promoting our products using a unique affiliate code and/or tracking link. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to the terms below.

Note: This policy applies only to our affiliate program and is separate from our general shipping, refund, and payment policies.

1. Eligibility & Application

  • Affiliates must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their region.

  • Applicants should have an active, public platform (such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or similar) where they regularly create content.

  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) accounts that:

    • Promote hate speech, harassment, or discrimination

    • Promote illegal activity

    • Promote adult-only or otherwise inappropriate content

    • Misrepresent our brand or products in any way

Approval into the Program is not guaranteed.

2. Affiliate Codes, Links, Viewer Discounts & Tiers

  • Each approved affiliate will receive a unique affiliate code (and/or tracking link).

  • When a customer uses that affiliate code at checkout:

    • The customer receives 5% off their qualifying purchase.

    • The affiliate may earn a commission on that order, subject to the rules in this policy.

Base Commission & Tiers

  • Our standard base commission rate is 5% of the order subtotal (after discounts, before tax and shipping) on Qualified Purchases.

  • Commissions are paid via PayPal unless another method is agreed upon in writing.

  • We may offer multiple commission tiers within the Program. Commission percentages may vary:

    • From affiliate to affiliate, and

    • Over time, depending on performance, relationship, promotions, or other factors.

  • Tier placement and commission percentage are determined by Rejex Collects on a case-by-case basis and are subject to change at any time.

Code Exclusions

  • Affiliate codes:

    • Do not apply to auction items or any other excluded products, in line with our promo code policy.

    • May not be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly allowed.

  • Affiliates should clearly disclose to their audience that they may earn a commission when their code or link is used.

3. Qualified Purchases

A Qualified Purchase is an order that meets all of the following:

  • The customer uses your valid affiliate code or link at checkout.

  • The order is paid in full and not cancelled, refunded, or charged back.

  • The purchase is for eligible products only (for example: regular shop items, mystery boxes, consoles, accessories, and other non-auction items, unless otherwise stated).

  • The order is not placed by:

    • The affiliate themselves (self-purchases may be excluded or limited).

    • Someone in obvious collusion for the sole purpose of generating commission without genuine interest in the product.

We reserve the right to determine, at our discretion, which orders qualify for commission.

4. Commission Calculation & Payouts

  • Affiliates earn commission on Qualified Purchases based on their assigned commission percentage (base 5% or a custom tiered rate) applied to the order subtotal (after discounts, before tax and shipping).

  • The commission percentage for a specific affiliate:

    • Starts at our standard 5% base commission, unless otherwise agreed, and

    • May be adjusted as part of a tier or custom arrangement on a case-by-case basis.

  • Commissions are typically calculated and paid on a monthly basis, after the return/warranty period and any pending issues (such as chargebacks or disputes).

  • Commissions are paid via PayPal to the email address provided by the affiliate, unless another method is agreed upon.

  • A minimum payout threshold (for example, $20 in earned commission) may be required before a payment is issued. Any unpaid earnings below the threshold will roll over to the next period.

If an order is refunded, cancelled, or charged back after commission has been credited, we reserve the right to reverse or adjust the corresponding commission.

5. Content & Brand Guidelines

Affiliates agree to:

  • Accurately represent our products and not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.

  • Clearly label sponsored content or affiliate links in compliance with any relevant laws and platform rules (for example, “#ad”, “#sponsored”, or “affiliate link”).

  • Use our brand name “Rejex Collects” respectfully and not alter our logos or branding in a misleading way.

  • Avoid implying that they own or officially run Rejex Collects, the website, or the company.

We may provide branding assets (logos, images, etc.) for affiliates to use. Such assets remain our property and may only be used as long as the affiliate is in good standing with the Program.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Use their affiliate code on:

    • Auction items

    • Any products explicitly marked as excluded from promotions

  • Engage in spammy or deceptive tactics, including:

    • Unsolicited bulk messages (email, DMs, comments, etc.)

    • Misleading clickbait or false claims to drive traffic

  • Bid on “Rejex Collects” or other related brand terms in paid search ads without prior written permission.

  • Create websites, social accounts, or user names that appear to be the official Rejex Collects brand or customer support.

  • Use their code or link for:

    • Fraudulent or abusive orders

    • Resale schemes clearly intended only to generate commission.

Violation of these rules may result in commission being withheld, reversed, or the affiliate account being removed from the Program.

7. Termination & Changes

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, including for inactivity, policy violations, or behavior that negatively impacts our brand.

  • Affiliates may withdraw from the Program at any time by contacting us and requesting removal.

  • Upon termination, the affiliate code and/or link will be deactivated. Any unpaid, valid commissions up to the termination date may be paid out at our discretion, in accordance with this policy.

8. Policy Updates

This Affiliate Program Policy, including commission rates, tiers, payout methods, and eligibility requirements, is subject to change at any time.

Any updates will be posted on our website and/or communicated directly to active affiliates. Continued participation in the Program after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
