Welcome to our online store. By placing an order or participating in any auction on our website, you agree to the following shipping, refund, and payment policies.
1. General Information

2. Payment Policies
2.1 Shop & Instant-Pay Orders
For all regular shop items (including Buy It Now products, consoles, accessories, sealed items, and mystery boxes):

Payment is due at checkout.

Orders are not processed or shipped until full payment has been received and cleared.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious.
2.2 Auction Payment Policy (7-Day Auctions)
The following rules apply only to the auction portion of our website. They do not affect your ability to purchase regular store items that require immediate payment.

Our standard auction listings run for 7 days, unless otherwise noted.

The winning bidder has 5 calendar days from the end of the auction to submit full payment for the item.

If payment is not received within 5 days:
-
The order may be cancelled.
-
A non-payment strike will be placed on the bidder’s account.
-
Strikes & Auction Access:
-
Each unpaid winning bid results in one (1) non-payment strike.
-
After two (2) non-payment strikes, the account will be blocked from participating in any future auctions.
-
This restriction:
-
Applies only to auction participation.
-
Does not affect any auctions that were already paid for or are currently in processing or transit.
-
Does not affect the customer’s ability to purchase non-auction items on the website that require immediate payment.
-
Offer to the Second-Highest Bidder:
-
If the original winning bidder does not pay within 5 days, the item may be offered to the second-highest bidder via email through a custom payment link.
-
The second-highest bidder is not obligated to complete the purchase and may decline without penalty.
-
If neither the original winning bidder nor the second-highest bidder completes payment, the item may be returned to the auction pool and listed again at a later date.
2.3 Promo Codes & Discounts

Promo codes, coupons, and discount codes do not apply to auction items.
-
Promo codes may be used only on eligible regular shop items (including mystery boxes and other non-auction products), unless otherwise specified in the promo’s terms.

Only one promo code may be used per order, unless clearly stated otherwise.
3. Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe after payment is received (processing times may vary by product type, order volume, or holidays).
-
Shipping methods, carrier options, and estimated delivery times are displayed or calculated at checkout when possible.
-
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping payment to be re-sent.

Any visible damage to a package upon delivery should be reported to the carrier and to us as soon as possible, along with photos if available.

4. Refunds, Returns & Warranty Policies
To keep things clear and easy to reference, we use numbered policies. Individual product descriptions may reference these policy numbers instead of repeating full text.
Policy #1 – Mystery Boxes “All Sales Final”
Mystery boxes are designed as surprise products and are non-returnable.

All mystery box sales are final.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted on mystery boxes for reasons such as:

Personal preference or duplicates

Not liking the contents
-
Perceived value or resale value

The only exception is if the item arrives significantly damaged in transit or not as described (for example: wrong type of box shipped). In such rare cases, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation.
Policy #2 – Auctions “All Sales Final”
Auction items are often unique, collectible, or pre-owned pieces. Please read descriptions and view photos carefully before bidding.

All auction sales are final.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted on auction items.

Auction items are sold as-is, and any known major defects will be noted in the description to the best of our ability.

This applies to auction items won and paid for through the normal auction process or via custom payment link (for second-highest bidders).
Policy #3 – 30-Day Limited Warranty (Shop Items & Buy It Now)
This policy applies to eligible regular shop items, such as:

Video game consoles
-
Accessories
-
Sealed “Buy It Now” items

Other non-auction, non-mystery-box products, as specified on the product page
Coverage:

We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery for covered items.

This warranty covers functional defects or major issues that prevent normal use when the product is used as intended.
Not Covered:

Normal cosmetic wear on used items (minor scratches, scuffs, etc.).

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or modification.
-
Issues that were clearly described in the product listing (e.g., “disc only,” “light scratches,” “cosmetic damage,” etc.).
Process:

If you experience an issue within 30 days of delivery, contact us with:

Description of the issue

Photos or video if applicable

After review, we may, at our discretion:

Troubleshoot with you,

Offer a repair or replacement (if available), or

Offer a partial or full refund.

Any updates or revisions will be posted on this website, and continued use of our site or completion of a purchase after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.
