Cancellation Policy

📅 Cancellation & No-Show Policy We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate. However, due to the preparation and scheduling involved with our event setups, the following policy applies to all bookings: Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled event will incur a 10% cancellation fee based on the total booking amount. No fee will be charged if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email listed in your confirmation.
