This 15-Day Limited Console Warranty applies only to eligible video game consoles sold by Rejex Collects through its physical booth located inside Ties 2 the Past.

This warranty is provided, administered, approved, and fulfilled solely by Rejex Collects. Ties 2 the Past does not process, approve, deny, repair, replace, or issue payment for warranty claims. Customers should not return warranty items directly to Ties 2 the Past unless specifically instructed to do so by Rejex Collects.

1. Warranty Period

The covered console is warranted for 15 calendar days beginning on the original purchase date shown on the customer’s receipt.

A warranty claim must be submitted through the Rejex Collects online return portal before the end of the 15th calendar day. Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee approval.

2. Products Covered

This limited warranty covers only the video game console identified on the original receipt and in Rejex Collects’ inventory records.

The warranty may cover a console hardware failure occurring during normal and reasonable use, including:

  • Failure to power on

  • Failure to produce a video or audio signal

  • Failure of the internal disc drive or cartridge slot

  • Failure of built-in controller ports

  • Other verified internal hardware failures that prevent the console from functioning as intended

3. Items Not Covered

This warranty applies only to the console itself.

The following items are not covered, even when they were included with or purchased at the same time as the console:

  • Controllers

  • Power cords

  • Video cables

  • Power supplies or AC adapters

  • Memory cards

  • Hard drives or removable storage devices

  • Games, movies, or software

  • Headsets

  • Batteries

  • Charging cables

  • Stands

  • Accessories

  • Any other separately purchased or included item

Accessories and other items must still be returned when required to complete an approved console return, but they do not receive separate warranty coverage.

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, drops, impact, misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Liquid, moisture, smoke, fire, heat, pests, dirt, or environmental damage

  • Electrical damage caused by a power surge, improper outlet, incorrect power supply, or incompatible accessory

  • Cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, discoloration, yellowing, missing trim, or other appearance-related conditions

  • Conditions or defects clearly disclosed before purchase

  • Problems caused by televisions, monitors, internet connections, accounts, cables, accessories, games, or third-party equipment

  • Online service availability, account bans, subscriptions, downloadable content, or internet connectivity

  • Lost game saves, personal files, account information, or other data

  • Damage caused by customer modifications, jailbreaks, custom firmware, modchips, unauthorized software, or altered system settings

  • Consoles opened, repaired, modified, or disassembled by the customer or another repair provider

  • Consoles with removed, altered, replaced, damaged, or unreadable serial numbers or identifying marks

  • Consoles that do not match Rejex Collects’ recorded serial number and inventory information

  • Damage or failure occurring after the 15-day warranty period

5. Proof of Purchase

The customer must provide the original purchase receipt or a clear and readable photograph of the receipt.

The receipt must show enough information to verify the purchase, including the purchase date and console purchased. Rejex Collects may also request photographs or video of the console, serial number, quality-control sticker, reported problem, and included items.

This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

6. Serial Numbers and Fraud Prevention

Rejex Collects records console serial numbers, identifying marks, inventory information, and condition details before consoles are offered for sale.

Any console returned under this warranty must match the serial number and identifying information contained in Rejex Collects’ records.

A claim may be denied when:

  • The serial number does not match

  • The serial number has been removed, changed, covered, or damaged

  • Internal components appear to have been exchanged

  • The console has been opened, modified, or repaired without authorization

  • A different console is presented for return

  • The claim contains false or misleading information

  • There is evidence of return fraud or product swapping

Rejex Collects reserves the right to inspect and test any console before approving a claim.

7. Quality-Control Sticker and QR Code

Eligible consoles may include a Rejex Collects quality-control sticker containing a QR code that directs customers to the warranty terms and online claim form.

Customers should avoid removing or damaging the sticker during the warranty period. However, accidental damage to or removal of the sticker alone will not automatically cancel an otherwise valid warranty claim.

Evidence that the console was opened, modified, repaired, tampered with, or had components exchanged may result in the claim being denied.

8. Claim and Return Process

To request warranty service, the customer must:

  1. Visit the Rejex Collects return portal using the provided QR code or website.

  2. Complete the warranty claim form within 15 calendar days of purchase.

  3. Provide the requested receipt, contact information, console information, and description of the problem.

  4. Wait for Rejex Collects to review the claim and provide return instructions.

  5. Meet with a Rejex Collects representative at the agreed date, time, and location.

  6. Return the console and any originally included items requested by Rejex Collects.

Customers should not leave a console with Ties 2 the Past or its employees unless Rejex Collects has specifically authorized and arranged the return.

Rejex Collects may require up to five business days after receiving the console to inspect, test, and process the claim.

9. Missing Items

The customer may be required to return all items originally included with the console, including controllers, cables, adapters, power supplies, storage devices, or other packaged items.

Although these items are not separately covered by the warranty, missing, damaged, substituted, or incomplete included items may reduce the approved refund or affect the replacement offered.

Any deduction will be based on the reasonable replacement value of the missing or substituted item.

10. Available Remedies

After inspecting the console and approving the claim, Rejex Collects will determine the appropriate remedy.

At its discretion, Rejex Collects may:

  • Repair the covered console

  • Replace it with the same model

  • Replace it with a reasonably comparable console

  • Refund the original amount paid for the covered console

A replacement console may be a used or refurbished unit of similar age, condition, features, and market value.

The customer is not automatically entitled to choose between repair, replacement, or refund.

11. Refunds

Approved refunds may be issued through:

  • Cash

  • Cash App

  • PayPal

The payment method, meeting arrangements, and processing details will be determined and coordinated directly by Rejex Collects.

Refunds are limited to the amount originally paid for the covered console, less any disclosed deductions for missing or substituted included items. Refunds will include any sales tax legally required to be refunded.

Refunds do not include the value of games, accessories, warranties, services, or separately purchased merchandise.

The customer is responsible for providing correct Cash App or PayPal payment information. Rejex Collects is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect account information provided by the customer.

Rejex Collects will never require the customer to send money or pay a processing fee to receive an approved warranty refund.

12. Personal Accounts and Data

Before returning a console, the customer should:

  • Remove all discs, games, memory cards, and removable storage

  • Sign out of all personal accounts

  • Remove passwords and payment information

  • Back up any desired game saves or personal data

  • Disable console locks and parental-control passcodes

  • Factory-reset the console when possible

Rejex Collects is not responsible for accounts, downloaded content, personal information, stored payment information, game saves, screenshots, recordings, files, or other data left on a returned console.

Any discs, memory cards, games, or personal items accidentally left inside or attached to a returned console are not guaranteed to be recovered or returned.

13. Limitation of Warranty

This is a limited warranty covering only the eligible console and only during the stated 15-day period.

To the extent permitted by law, Rejex Collects is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost data, lost game progress, loss of use, travel expenses, missed work, or the cost of substitute equipment.

Nothing in this warranty is intended to remove or limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
